After you've made your final payment for your cruise, you are requested to go online to submit all your travel documentation as well as secure your boarding passes and luggage tags. Doing so will save you quite a bit of time at check-in when you arrive at the cruise pier. You can also use this time to pre-arrange specialty dining venues, spa appointments, and entertainment show tickets from the cruise provider or our special shore excursion and shuttle transfer offer from us at StarGaze Vacations. It also helps you know that you're prepared to show the appropriate travel documents at arrival to avoid any surprises at the cruise port.

What you'll need for Online Check-in:

1. Your cruise line confirmation number, ship, sail date - this will be on your statement from StarGaze Vacations Inc.
2. The full legal name, date of birth for each traveler in your party
3. Passport or appropriate travel documentation information for each traveler (Passport #, date of expiration, etc.)
4. A credit card - this is used to pre-arrange your onboard account to which your gratuities and onboard purchases are charged (if applicable).
5. Cruise line loyalty rewards account number for each traveler or apply for one on the cruise line website.
6. Travel plans before and after your cruise, so the cruise line will know when you're arriving and departing the origin and destination cities. It will also help them to schedule your time to disembark the ship to ensure you have time to make your transportation to your next destination (i.e., airport, train station, or bus).

This will save you quite a bit of time at check-in when you arrive at the airport. You can also use this time to pre-arrange some of the many in-flight options that airline offers, such as seat upgrades, changing your seat selection(s), early boarding pass, access to the airline lounge, Wi-Fi, upgrade or purchase additional airline miles, and option airline insurance. It also helps you know that you're prepared to show the appropriate travel documents at arrival to avoid any surprises at the airport.

What you'll need for Online Check-in:

1. Your airline confirmation/record locator number and flight date(s) - this will be on your statement from StarGaze Vacations Inc.
2. The full legal name, date of birth for each traveler in your party.
3. TSA# (if applicable) and passport or appropriate travel documentation information for each traveler (Passport #, date of expiration, etc.)
4. A credit card - this is used to pre-arrange your inflight add-ons with the airline.
5. Airline loyalty rewards/miles account number for each traveler or apply for one on the airline website.
6. Travel itinerary throughout your vacation so the airline will know when you're arriving and departing the origin and destination cities – this will be emailed to your primary email address from StarGazeVacations@StarGazeVacations.com.

RESORT AND HOTEL VACATIONS ARE CONFIRMED DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.

However, after you've made your initial deposit or final payment for your resort or hotel, you can call the resort or hotel to submit all your travel documentation (as applicable) as well as secure your room with projected arrival date and time. This will save you quite a bit of time at check-in when you arrive at the resort or hotel if there will be a change from your original confirmation booking. You can also use this time to pre-arrange some of the many options the resort or hotel offers, such as room upgrades, changing your bed selection (King to Double beds), early arrival, hotel shuttle transfer service, and late departure.  It also helps you know that you're prepared to show the appropriate travel documents at arrival to avoid any surprises at the airport.

What you'll need for Check-in:

1. Resort or Hotel name and telephone - this will be on your itinerary from StarGaze Vacations Inc.
2. Your transportation details - this will be on your itinerary from StarGaze Vacations Inc.
3. The full legal name, date of birth for each traveler in your party.
4. Passport or appropriate travel documentation information for each traveler (Passport #, date of expiration, etc.)
5. A credit card - this is used to pre-arrange your specialty options (if applicable).
6. Resort/Hotel loyalty rewards account number for each traveler or apply for one on the resort/hotel website.
7. Travel itinerary throughout your vacation so the resort or hotel will know when you're arriving and departing the origin and destination cities – this will be emailed to your primary email address from StarGazeVacations@StarGazeVacations.com.
