StarGaze Vacations Travel Consulting Agreement

Thank you for your interest!

To begin receiving professional travel planning services from a Certified Travel Advisor (CSA) for your travel, we require a planning fee. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

We help plan every detail of your vacation, including accommodations, guides, activities and tours, transportation, and more. However, our travel agency does not offer air-only domestic flights, tour-only activities, transfer-only services, or book AirBnBs.

Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee Structure:

• The Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee is $25 for Simple vacations.

  • Single Household Family, Couples, 4 or less Traveling Companions same room/cabin

• The Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee is $50 for Complex vacations.

  • Defined by CTA based on work involved

• The Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee is $75 for Group vacations.

  • Defined as 3 or more rooms or cabins

• The Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee is $35 for In-Person.

  • Meetings locations are designated by CTA..

StarGaze Vacations will assign the proper travel planning fee based on intake conversation with the lead or client.

Travel Consulting Planning and Concierge Fee services include:  

1. A Customized Vacation Itinerary based on your "Work With A Travel Professional" form.

2. A Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) research for your vacation.

3. Up to 2 proposals with 2 or 3 choices of primary lodging.

4. Unpublished Rates - Gain exclusive access to unpublished industry travel rates.

5. Discount Program - Eligibility to receive up to $100 off by completing a Google Review of our services.

6. Personal Travel Advisor for pre-planning communication when requested by you or the travel advisor via telephone, video chat, email, or text messages.

7. Online Invoices and Payments - viewable and shareable invoices with current rates.

8. Personalize 'Invoice Explainer Video' with an overview of the proposal from your CTA (as applicable).

9. Post-planning communication when requested by you or the travel advisor via telephone, video chat, email, or text messages.

10. Access to online digital itinerary - Once you finalize your vacation choice and make the vacation deposit, you will have online access to your vacation itinerary. It will provide you with destination, excursion, flight, transfers, and informative videos about your vacation.

Please allow 3 business days to receive your proposal from the date you pay your travel consulting planning and concierge fee. If you haven't received a notification regarding your proposal, please check your spam folder and review your inbox once more. Alternatively, don't hesitate to call us at 1.844.782.7429 for additional assistance.

You will have 30 days from the payment date of the travel consulting planning and concierge fee to book travel. After 30 days, additional travel planning services fees will be required.

This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is non-refundable.
