Client Agreement

When you retain Stargaze Vacations, LLC travel agency to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience, and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed). However, our travel agency does not offer air-only domestic flights, tour-only activities, transfer-only services, or book AirBnBs.

Professional Planning  & Service Fee Structure:

• The Professional Planning Fee is $25 for Simple vacations.
  • Single Household Family, Couples, 4 or less Traveling Companions same room/cabin.
    
• The Professional Planning Fee is $50 for Complex vacations.
  • Defined by CTA based on work involved.
    
• The Professional Planning Fee is $75 for Group vacations.
  • Cruises Groups - 16 or more cruise cabins.
  • Resort or Hotel Groups - 10 or more rooms.
  • Tour Groups - 5 or more rooms.
• The Professional Planning Fee is $75 for In-Person.
  • Meetings locations are designated by CTA.
• The Professional Booking Management Fee is $50 for reservation changes you request.
  • Must be paid at the time of the change request.
• The Professional Booking Management Fee is $200 for reservation cancellations you request.
  • Must be paid at the time of the reservation cancellation request.

StarGaze Vacations will assign the proper travel planning fee based on your submitted intake client form and/or the conversation with the lead or client.

You will have 30 days from the payment date of the Professional Service fee to book travel. After 30 days, additional Professional Service fees will be required.

This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is non-refundable.

Professional Service Fee services include:  

1. Personal Travel Advisor for pre-planning and post travel communication when requested by you or the travel advisor via telephone, video chat, email, or text messages.

2. Up to 2 proposals with 2 or 3 choices of primary lodging.

   1. Major proposal changes, such as some of the items below, will result in a new proposal.

      1. Change Flight Departure location.

      2. Change Flight Dates.

      3. Change Type of Vacation (i.e. Cruise to Resort).

      4. Change Vacation Destination (i.e. Hawaii to Jamaica).

3. Access to an online client portal with a seamlessly vacation selection process, digital detailed itinerary, planning documents, and offline access to your itinerary.

4. Unpublished Rates - Eligibility to exclusive access to unpublished industry travel rates.

5. Discount Program - Eligibility to receive up to $100 off by completing a Google Review of our services.
